Hi I’m a qualified Chef and Teacher born and bred in Scotland.
I love cooking and teaching – what could be better than combining these two things?!
After many successful years in the hospitality industry, I now teach Food Science, cookery and baking.
My passion is cooking and creating delicious dishes and sharing my tricks and tips along the way!
How Does It Work
A BRILLIANT EXPERIENCE
Notes
You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate. A link and details on how to join will be included in your booking confirmation email.
The experiences will be around an hour and a half and we will make our dishes from start to finish. We will first introduce ourselves, get out all the ingredients, and talk about everything we need to do.
Then I will take you through the recipe step by step together.
By the end of the class we will have cooked, chatted, laughed and presented our dishes fil for you to enjoy!
I will share alternative ideas and serving suggestions and answer any culinary questions you might have.
After your booking, you will receive an email with the list of the equipment and ingredients needed for the class.
I highly recommend this experience ! It was a great – it felt like we were all cooking together! Fiona is an excellent guide and teacher – she kept us all on point and as someone who typically can ruin the recipe for boiled water my scones came out fabulous !
