I love cooking and teaching – what could be better than combining these two things?!
After many successful years in the hospitality industry, I now teach Food Science, cookery and baking.
My passion is cooking and creating delicious dishes and sharing my tricks and tips along the way!

A BRILLIANT EXPERIENCE
In this online class join me in your kitchen as we cook and have fun together. While you’re at home in your kitchen, I’ll be in my wee kitchen in Scotland.
I will be demonstrating cooking techniques as we go along.
When you click the link in your confirmation email and join my experience, make sure your audio and video are on so you can ask questions along the way.
Notes
You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate. A link and details on how to join will be included in your booking confirmation email.
The experiences will be around an hour and a half and we will make our dishes from start to finish. We will first introduce ourselves, get out all the ingredients, and talk about everything we need to do.
Then I will take you through the recipe step by step together.
By the end of the class we will have cooked, chatted, laughed and presented our dishes fil for you to enjoy!
I will share alternative ideas and serving suggestions and answer any culinary questions you might have.
After your booking, you will receive an email with the list of the equipment and ingredients needed for the class.
